Welcome back to another midweek meditation :)
This one is a gentle exploration of what is less comfortable - emotions causing us angst, upset, pain and distress. So only explore this one if you’re feeling resourced enough for it - I’ll link to some alternatives below if this one isn’t for now.
Hope you enjoy (or at least aren’t too perturbed by) the cameo my cat plays in this recording - I thought she was going to join in with the meditation vibe but she in fact did a fair bit of clambering around and miaowing from another room. Helping us simulate the ever-present wildcards and distractions that pop up in our minds and lives!
